Billing System Maintenance

We will be performing some minor upgrades and bug fixes to our billing system tonight at 12AM (EST). Our billing system may experience a momentary outage whilst we perform the updates.

Main Site Outage Resolved

The datacenter where our server is located for our website was experiencing a surge of network activity, causing an outage of about 20 minutes. This has now been mitigated and should no longer be an issue. None of your sites were affected, only our website. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

Intermittent Outages

Our upstream provider has notified us of some issues with the network in which our main site is located. They are currently investigating.

cPanel Issue - Resolved

The previously mentioned issue has been resolved. We determined that the root cause was a user on the server making abusive email requests, causing the root directory to be filled by emails waiting to be processed. We've suspended that user and have notified the appropriate parties. We thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.
